2) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "Subscribe", or accessing FaceDesign on our website, you enter a binding contract with Nexera Media Group LTD ("FaceDesign," "we," "us," "our") and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Services; Free vs. Paid Content

3.1 Overview

FaceDesign is a subscription digital service offering premium content/features (e.g., facial analysis, beauty assessments, personalized recommendations).

3.2 Free Tier (if available)

Optional registration with limited features (e.g., basic analysis, community access, newsletter). No purchase required.

3.3 Paid Subscription

Unlocks premium features/content and tools. See Section 5 for available subscription plans and pricing.

3.4 No Physical Shipment

Delivery is digital only (account access post-payment).

4) Account; Eligibility; Safety

4.1 Age & Capacity

You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. Service not available to persons on U.S. sanctions lists or in embargoed countries.

4.2 Registration & Double Opt-In

We may use double opt-in for account/email verification; you must confirm via the link we send.

4.3 Security

Keep credentials confidential; you're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected misuse.

4.4 System Requirements

A modern browser and internet connection are required. We generally support the last three major versions of mainstream browsers; older versions may have reduced functionality.

4.5 Health & Safety

FaceDesign provides general beauty/facial analysis information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before making decisions based on our analysis and if you experience any concerns. Participation is at your own risk.

5) Pricing; Trials; Promotions; Changes

5.1 Available Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Ultra Plan - $49.95/month - Unlimited members, renews at $49.95/month
  • Family Plan - $39.95/month - Up to 4 members, renews at $39.95/month
  • Couple Plan - $29.95/month - Up to 2 members, renews at $19.95/month
  • Single Plan - $19.95/month - 1 member, renews at $19.95/month
  • 7-Day Access - $9.95 one-time - 7 days access, 1 member (no renewal)
  • 1-Day Access - $1.95 one-time - 1 day access, 1 member (no renewal)

Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your statement as FACEDESIGN

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply where applicable.

5.2 Trials/Intro Offers

If a trial/intro price is offered, it converts to the standard plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends. We'll send a reminder when required by law.

5.3 Promotions/Coupons

May have additional terms; they don't stack unless expressly stated.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change pricing with advance notice (typically 30 days). If you don't agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

6) Subscription; Automatic Renewal; Payment Authorization

6.1 Recurring Billing (ROSCA/ARL Compliance)

By completing checkout, you authorize automatic, recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept major cards and may offer mobile carrier billing.

6.3 Card Updater

You authorize use of card-updater services (e.g., network account updater) so charges may continue if your card details change.

6.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend access, or terminate. We may pass through third-party fees from failed/returned transactions where permitted by law.

6.5 Invoicing/Receipts

Receipts are provided electronically.

7) Cancellation; Term; Effect

7.1 Cancel Anytime

7.2 Effective Date

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7.3 No Pro-Rata Refunds

Partial months are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.

8) Refunds; Chargebacks; Disputes

8.1 Refund Policy

Except as required by law or explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable. If you experienced duplicate charge, technical failure, or unauthorized use, contact support promptly; we may resolve at our discretion.

8.2 Contact Us First

You agree to contact FaceDesign to attempt resolution before initiating a card chargeback.

8.3 Chargebacks

Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination. We may provide evidence to the issuer.

General Refund Rule

All fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except:

  • Duplicate charges or processing errors
  • Confirmed unauthorized transactions (after investigation)
  • Statutory cooling-off rights (e.g., EU/EEA/CH/FI 14-day withdrawal)
  • Documented technical failure preventing access after reasonable troubleshooting
  • Any explicit money-back guarantee shown at checkout (honored as written)

How to Request a Refund

Email help@facedesign.me or call +1 (877) 856-9784 within 30 days of the charge. Include:

  • Account email, purchase date/amount, last four of card or carrier, and a brief description

We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days (refunds post per bank timelines).

9) Mobile Carrier Billing & SMS Terms (if enabled)

9.1 Charges

If you opt into carrier billing or messaging, your carrier may bill you; message & data rates may apply.

9.2 Frequency

Recurring subscription and transactional messages (e.g., receipts, verification) may be sent.

9.4 Consent

Program follows applicable CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices and U.S. TCPA requirements. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

10) Community & User Content

10.1 Community Standards

Be respectful; no hate speech, harassment, illegal content, spam, or misleading claims.

10.2 Your Content

You retain ownership; you grant FaceDesign a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt your content to operate the Services and for promotion of the Services (e.g., testimonials) where you have provided explicit permission.

10.3 IP/Rights

Post only content you have rights to. You must not upload viruses or attempt unauthorized access.

10.4 Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or laws.

11) Intellectual Property; License

11.1 Our IP

All service content/software is owned/licensed by FaceDesign.

11.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use during an active subscription. No archiving, scraping, framing, resale, public performance, or derivative works without written consent.

11.3 Trademarks/Notices

Don't remove proprietary notices or use marks without permission.

17) Warranties; Limitation of Liability

17.1 As-Is

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

17.2 No Special Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

17.3 Cap

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to FaceDesign in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17.4 Consumer Rights Preserved

Mandatory consumer protections in your country/state of residence remain unaffected.

22) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration (U.S.)

22.1 U.S. Users

California law governs (without conflict rules).

22.2 Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Except where prohibited, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration (AAA Rules). No class actions or jury trials.

22.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing help@facedesign.me with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account email.

22.4 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

22.5 Non-U.S. Consumers

You may rely on mandatory protections of your habitual residence and litigate there.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure (for Checkout)

  • Price: $19.99 per month.
  • Renewal: Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
  • Charges: You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Cancel: Any time in your account on our website or via help@facedesign.me / +1 (877) 856-9784.
  • Refunds: No partial-month refunds unless required by law.
  • Descriptor: Charges appear as FACEDESIGN.

EU/EEA/Switzerland/Finland – Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days without reason. To exercise: email help@facedesign.me or mail to our postal address above.
